1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 92kr platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it.

These terms are effective from the date you first register an account or use the platform, whichever is earlier. 92kr reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.

2Eligibility

To register and use 92kr, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92kr is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform, including through any voluntary exclusion agreement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or making transactions.

92kr does not target or market to individuals under the age of 18. If 92kr has reasonable grounds to believe a user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held subject to investigation. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors do not access the platform.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 92kr. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 92kr may require identity verification at any point — including before processing withdrawals — and you must cooperate fully with any such request by providing the documents requested within the timeframe specified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 92kr support immediately. 92kr will not be liable for losses arising from account access by an unauthorised third party where the player failed to take reasonable precautions.

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 92kr are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). 92kr supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets where available.

• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• 92kr does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe an error has occurred, contact support as soon as possible.
• 92kr reserves the right to return a deposit to its source without crediting the account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or policy violation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 92kr are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. Before a withdrawal can be processed, 92kr may require identity verification to be completed — this is a standard procedure and applies to all players.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved.
• 92kr reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing funds. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the 92kr account holder.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms, 92kr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

92kr offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the promotion is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonus funds that remain unplayed after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the full wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise.
• 92kr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, making low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 92kr, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by the relevant market rules.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds update in real time and the odds at the point of bet confirmation are final.
• 92kr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect pricing or manifest errors. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or significantly altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market as stated in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting market. 92kr reserves the right to limit betting activity on any market or for any account.
• Any suspicion of match fixing, insider knowledge or collusion with third parties will result in immediate account suspension and full investigation of all associated bets.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, slot games, fish games and live casino tables on 92kr are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. General conditions that apply across all games include:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures as applicable. 92kr does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be completed or voided according to the game provider's rules. 92kr accepts no liability for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game. These limits may vary between games and can be changed by 92kr at any time.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited. 92kr reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending verification of the win's legitimacy.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92kr platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards 92kr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information that provides an unfair advantage — commonly referred to as insider betting.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. 92kr reserves the right to void all bets placed and forfeit all balances associated with accounts in breach of these terms. 92kr also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

10Account Suspension & Closure

92kr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The terms and conditions have been breached.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• The account belongs to or is being used by a person under the age of 18.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 92kr support. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11Responsible Gaming

92kr is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming and betting should be treated as entertainment — something you do for enjoyment with money that you have specifically set aside for this purpose.

• Set a clear PKR budget before each session and stop when you reach it.
• Take regular breaks. Avoid extended uninterrupted gaming sessions.

• Decisions made by the player that result in financial loss, including decisions made while under the influence of any substance.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to keep login credentials secure.

14Amendments to These Terms
